Mosaic from the chapel of St. Zeno at the church of St. Praessede, Rome

The Virgin Mary between Saints Praxedes and Pudentiana, and a woman identified by the Greek inscription as "Theodora, Bishop" ("Episcopa").  Theodora is depicted with a square halo, indicating that the image was made when she was alive.
The feminine ending "ra" on her name appears to have been defaced or partially erased.
