Q: Do we have classes every day?  
A: Classes meet from Monday to Thursday.
    Approximate meeting times:
        ITA 1130    11:00am - 1:15pm
        ITT 3930    1:30pm - 3:00pm
        CLA 3930    3:15pm - 4:45pm

Q: Which monuments / museums / churches will we visit, and when?
    week 1:     Roman Holiday tour (temples of Hercules and Forum Boarium, chuch of Santa Maria in Cosmedin, Circus Maximus, Aventine Hill); Hadrian's Villa and Villa d'Este
    week 2:     Coliseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill        In Florence: Uffizi Gallery, Accademia, churches of Santa Maria Novella and Santa Croce; excursion to Chianti
    week 3:     St. Peter's Basilica (including the dome), Vatican Museums
    week 4:     Pompeii
    week 5:     Capitoline Museums, Galleria Borghese
    week 6:     Ara Pacis
o we have weekends free?

A:   You will have some weekends free.  Excursions are as follows:
        end of week 1:  Friday excursion to Hadrian's Villa and Tivoli. Saturday and Sunday free. (Read more about week 1!)

        end of week 2:  excursion to Florence from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon (Read more about week 2!)
        end of week 3:  free weekend
        end of week 4:  excursion to Pompeii and Archaeological Museum in Naples (Thursday), followed by optional weekend in Ischia
        end of week 5:  free weekend

Q:  When should I arrive in Rome and when should I leave?
You may arrive in and depart from Rome whenever you like.  Your program fee covers your apartment rent from June 24th - August 5th. 
(You are expected to meet for dinner at 7:00 pm on June 24th, so please be sure to book a flight that arrives no later than 2:00pm that day.)  Finals will be held on August 4th, and check out of your apartment is on August 5th. If you wish to have hotel accommodations before the program begins, or after it ends, you may wish to contact the Hotel Arenula: http://www.hotelarenula.com, info@hotelarenula.com
